Issue #54 - 98% positive reviews for PGRC and Halls of Torment out of early access
Parking Garage Rally Circuit is holding its ground with a Mighty rating on OpenCritic:
Plus a 98% positive on Steam with 291 reviews amongst Steam Purchasers.
The developer, Walaber, is as pleased as one would imagine:
On launch day, the game even made it to the popular new releases tab (first image)
If all of this wasn't enough, Wallaber is also working towards adding a local multiplayer mode
Halls of Torment 1.0 is out
The third largest game made with Godot by number of reviews, Halls of Torment, has finally left early access.
As far as I've seen, the news was received with praises all around, and it sparked a wave of players to jump back into the game, currently sitting at 7,804 concurrent players, the largest (by a good margin) number after the all-time peak from July 2023 (standing tall with 26,061)
Welcome to Halls of Torment 1.0! The past 17 months have been quite an adventure for us. We’ve tried out many things that will vanish from the books of history forever, but probably not from the guide section. But now we’re here, thanks to you all. We’ve extended the originally planned 6 month Early Access and now we are (almost) satisfied with what came out of it. We don’t know exactly how to proceed next with the Halls, but we know that we want to keep new and smaller updates coming and maybe even add some additional features. We’ll keep our communication channels open and we want to continue adjusting and improving the game based on your feedback.

Cruel First's Boss battle
Cruel is an up-and-coming FPS that looks incredible. An opinion shared by many, if the engagement of the videos posted on Twitter are anything to go by.
Jamesy, the dev behind it, announced the game in November 2023 saying, and I quote "I've quit my job to work on my game. Also, I'm making it in Godot"
That game now has its first boss:
You'll be seeing a lot more of this game once launch date approaches

A plugin that allows you to embed your running game in Godot's Main Editor (and it's free!).
fabimakesgames, the absolute madlad, showed his tool a few days ago on Reddit and the reception was so good, he made a plugin out of it. For free no less.
The official solution for this is in the works and should be out for V4.4, mind you, buy in the meantime...
